Building & Contracting
Looking for a deck, fence or small landscaping project?
Deck Building & Repairs
-
I built a deck in our front yard in 2021 with a raised flower bed, benches and chez lounge in a way that extended from our porch that aligns spatially with our large tree and front entrance. It quickly became a community gathering space which speaks to my community development social work heart.
If you are looking for a gathering space for your friends and families in the Calgary area, I will be happy to work with you to bring your yard alive. -
I started a large four-level deck in our backyard in 2024. Humorously, I think I might continually be adding to this project for years to come. We’re really close with our adjoining neighbours, so we also now have a gate at the level of both our back entranceways and a fence that works well for both yards.
If you would like to use your backyard more and are considering a deck in the Calgary area, let me know. -
I am experienced building with wood but will figure out composite if you are looking for composite.
Fence Building & Repairs
-
Connect with us to build your new fence. We can also handle demolition of your previous fence.
-
Are your posts still in good shape but not one or more panels of fence rotting? We’ll fix the parts you want fixed and can handle the disposal.
-
I am experienced using wood (pressure treated and not treated). If you are looking for vinyl fencing, you might want to go with another builder, but I am willing to figure it out.
Small Landscaping Projects
-
I built three raised garden beds in our yard. Two are for vegetables and a third is for mostly flowers. I am not a horticulturalist but I will take care of the build and soil.

Looking for a firepit surrounded by rock? An attractive pathway of rock and/or gravel? Connect with me and lets make it happen.

For raised vegetable gardens, I recommend cedar. Pressure treated wood is fine for flower beds.
If you are looking for metal garden beds, that will be fine too.
Other landscaping materials include soil, sand, rock, gravel, and wood chips.
If you are looking to build large landscaping project, I recommend contacting another company. They will have more experience and more equipment for this work.
