Fence Repair
The homeowners sold their house but the City of Calgary said they were in noncompliance because their fence was too close to the utility boxes. If you have utility boxes, the utility companies and City require any fencing to be at least 2-metres from the property line. The original fence was only about 5 to 10cm from the utility box and therefore had to moved before the sale is complete. The homeowners asked me to reuse as many fence boards as possible. After digging holes and placing them straight up and down in concrete, the boards and original gate were reattached and the old posts were removed.
My son and I have done a bunch of work in and outside this house: Deck repair; Installation of blinds, Installed bannisters and railing for basement stairway; and Transporting items to landfill.
